Tender Name:: INVITATION FOR TENDER AKOSOMBO GENERATING STATION PUMPS CONTROL PANEL REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Tender Description:: The Scope of the Works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to:

• Decommissioning of 6No Turbine Grease Pumps Control Panels, Solenoid valves, Reversing valves and Pressure gauges.
• Decommissioning of Drainage Pump control panels and Bubbler system.
• Decommissioning of Unwatering Pump Control panels and bubbler system.
• Decommissioning of existing main and Jockey fire pump pressure switches and gauges
• Supply, installation and commissioning of 6No PLC-based, SCADA ready, Turbine Greasing Pump control panels, 24No. Solenoid Valves, 18No. reversing valves and 18No. Pressure Gauges with switch contacts (2No. contacts) and Transmitter.

Additional Information:: 1. A Mandatory Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting shall be held for all Tenderers. Eligible Tenderers are therefore required to meet at the Akosombo Generating Station Conference Room, Akosombo in the Eastern Region at 10:30 a.m. on Friday August 2, 2024.
2. Prospective Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Document may obtain further information from, and inspect the Tendering Documents from Wednesday July 10, 2024 from 09:00 to 15:00 hours GMT to Friday August 30, 2024, except on Public Holidays.
