PPA Ghana

Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the public procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible Tenderers will be required to submit the following statutory Documents:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of current annual receipt);
2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
3. Valid PPA Registration Certificate;
4. Bid Security of 2% of the total Contract Sum;
5. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
6. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate;
7. Valid MWH Classification Certificate;
A complete bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders from Friday 12th July, 2024 at the office of the Dormaa West District Assembly upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) per document
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the Deadline for tender submission.
