Additional Information:: 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2016 (Act 914) and in guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The following documents are required from eligible contractors.
i. Valid Certificate of company registration
ii. Current and valid tax clearance certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Certificate
iv. Valid Labour Certificate
v. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works, and Housing Certificate –Class D3 & K3 or above.
vi. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Garu District Assembly (Procurement Unit) between 8: 00am and 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.
5. A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Tender upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȼ500.00) only for each set of tender documents.
6. All sealed Tender Document must be deposited in the tender box at the conference room of the address below on or before 2nd August 2024 at 10:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of the tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers on 2nd August 2024 at 10:00am.
