Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act,
2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kumasi and also to
inspect the Tender document from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application
to the address below, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₵ 350.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 7th August, 2024, at 11:30 am. Tenders shall
be valid for a period of 15 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
6. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at
the schools Conference Hall on Wednesday 7th August, 2024 at 11:30 am.
7. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
a. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate.
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
c. 2% Tender Security
d. Valid Business Registration Certificate
e. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate/evidence of registration
f. Power of Attorney/if applicable
g. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
h. Labour Certificate
