- 1. The National Development Planning Commission (the Purchaser), intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of vehicles as detailed in the description towards the realisation of the above cited project.
2. The National Development Planning Commission invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers, manufacturers or their authorised representatives electronically for the Procurement of vehicles as listed in table one above.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the National Development Planning Commission and inspect the Tender document from 8.00am – 4:00pm or the e-GP portal (https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh).
5. A complete set of Tender document in English may be accessed by interested Tenderers through the e-GP Portal (https://www.ghanesps.gov.gh).
6. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the e-GP portal (https// www.ghaneps.gov.gh) at or before Monday, August 12, 2024 at 11:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price.
7. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will not be opened. In order to submit a bid, interested Tenderers must pay a non-refundable participation fee of GHS300.00. The method of payment will be through the Government Electronic Payment Portal.
8. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed statutory requirements.
