Additional Information:: The Wassa Amenfi West Municipal Assembly invites eligible bidders, for the procurement of the above mentioned
works. All eligible bidders are required to provide the following:
i. Valid Ministry of Water and Resource, Works and Housing Certificate
ii. Valid Business Registration Certificate
iii. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid Labour Certificate
v. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
vi. PPA Registration Certificate; and,
vii. Any Other Relevant Document
Interested eligible tenderers may purchase tender documents from the Municipal Procurement Unit at a nonrefundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis Only (GH₵ 350.00) from 23rd July 2024 from
9:00am to 4:30pm during working days.
Sealed tenders must be deposited into box located at the address below from 9:00am to 4:30pm on 20th
August, 2024. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for tender submission. All
tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than the respective amount indicated above
from a reputable bank in the format attached in the tender document. Late submission will be rejected.
NB: All timber and timber products to be used for this project should be procured from a legal a supplier.
