- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Procurement Officer of the Banda District Assembly and inspect the tender documents at the same Office from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
4. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 400.00) only, for each set at the Assembly’s Accounts Department.
5. Tenders must be accompanied by the following mandatory documents.
i. Valid Registrar General’s Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Ministry of Water and Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3-K3 and above)
iii. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
v. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
vi. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate
6. Sealed Tenders marked with project description and location shall be deposited in the “Tender Box” at the Procurement Unit of the Assembly on or before 10:30am on Thursday 29th August, 2024. Tenders will be opened at the same time in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative who choose to attend at the Banda District Assembly Mini Hall at 10:30 hours GMT on Thursday, 29th August, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected.
