Tender Description:: The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund the -

Procurement of various Audio-visual Equipment and Accessories.

Additional Information:: Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the Supply Chain Department of GNPC at the address indicated below from Tuesday, August 13, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm on working days.

Tenders must be in sealed envelopes marked with the package name and number and delivered to the address stated in the Tender Document.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 150 days after the deadline for tender submission.

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of 2% of tender price quoted from a reputable bank or insurance company in Ghana.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at the 5th Floor Conference Room, Petroleum House on the date and time stated in the Table above.

Tenderers should submit the following valid documents as part of their tender:
1. Certificate of Registration
2. Manufacturer’s/Dealer’s authorization letter (where applicable).
Power of Attorney.
3. GRA Tax Clearance
4. VAT Registration.
5. SSNIT Clearance and
6. PPA Registration Certificate.

Late tenders will be rejected
