Additional Information:
The Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly has received funds from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) and it intends to apply part of the funds to make eligible payment under Procurement of works for the under listed project as indicated in the description.
The Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the above works.

1. Interested tenderers may tender for the Works indicated above. To be considered responsive, tenderers shall quote for all items in the required quantities for the package that they shall tender. Tenders which do not offer all the items under selected packages shall be rejected as incomplete. Tenders will be evaluated and contract awarded on per package basis or combination of packages whichever is financially advantageous to the client.

2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended in Act 914, 2016 and the guidelines on the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from District Coordinating Directors Office, Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly, Akyem Manso, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hours GMT.

4. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a nonrefundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 350.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below and titled “Location of Bid Submission” for obtaining information, inspecting the Bid Document, buying the Bid, Submission and for Bid Opening.

5. Tenderers are to provide all required documents as stated in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding the general requirements stated in the Tender Document, the under listed requirements are mandatory:
i. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid Works & Housing Certificate D3K3 or Above
iv. Valid Company Registration Certificate
v. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
vi. Bid Security
vii. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
viii. Power of Attorney
ix. Valid Contract Labour Certificate

6. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the address below at or before 11.00 hours GMT, Thursday, 29th August, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly Hall at 11.30 hours GMT on Thursday, 29th August, 2024.
