Tender Description:: CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO.CHPS COMPOUND AT ADIYAW
PERIOD OF COMPLETION: 6 MONTHS
TENDER SECURITY AMOUNT (GH¢): 2% OF THE CONTRACT SUM

Additional Information:: The Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the procurement of the above project. All eligible tenderers for the construction of the above works should possess the following documents:
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Certificate
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3)
• Labour Certificate

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira District Works Engineer᾿s office and inspect the tender documents at the same office from Thursday 22nd August, 2024 from 9.00am to 5.00pm each day.

Completed sealed tenders must be addressed to the Secretary, Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira Tender Committee, P.O. Box 7, Twifo Hemang, and deposited in a tender box located at the Assembly Hall of Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira District Assembly on or before 10:00am, Thursday, 5th September, 2024.Tenders will be opened on the same day soon after the close of tenders in the presence of tenderers or their designated representatives who choose to attend.
Please note that late tenders will be rejected.
