- Additional Information:
- The Gomoa Central District Assembly has received its budgetary allocations from the Government of Ghana under the District Assemblies Common Fund and (DACF-RFG) and intends to apply part of the funds to eligible payment for Works contracts whose requirement are indicated in the description.
1. The Gomoa Central District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the execution of the above work. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 as amended, (Act 914) and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Gomoa Central District Assembly and inspect the tender documents between the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm daily from Monday – Friday and can also call the following number for enquiries (0244733994).
3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee as stated in the table from the Gomoa Central Assembly between the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm daily from Monday to Friday.
4. Completed tenders must be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box located at the address below on or before Friday 13th September, 2024 at 11: 00 am after which time the bids will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to be present at the Assembly Hall of the Gomoa Central District Assembly.
5. It is a key requirement that all eligible Tenderers submit their bids with the following documents:
1. Ministry of Works & Housing Certificate (D3K3 and above)
2. Valid SSNIT Certificate
3. Valid Business Registration Certificate
4. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificates
5. Tender Security
6. Valid Labor Certificate (Job Specification).
7. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected.
7. Tenders are to be clearly marked by the Contract Number and Description and addressed to:
