Additional Information:: 4. Tender documents may be purchased by interested and eligible tenderers at the address below from 2nd of September,2024 at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis Only (GHS₵500.00.) only, for each set. The Tender document will be obtained personally and with an application letter.
5. Tenderers will be required to submit the following statutory documents;
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (With Current Annual Receipt)
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate/ Valid Vat Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate or evidence of registration
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Registration Certificate
• Tender Security of 2% of the Total Tender Price
6. Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Security of 2% of Tender price and shall be valid for a period of 90days after the deadline of Tender submission.
7. Sealed Tenders, bearing the address below should be deposited into the Tender Box located at the Conference Room of the Assembly on or before 10:00am on Monday 23rd of September, 2024. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
