- Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the public procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible Tenderers will be required to submit the following statutory Documents:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate for Lot 1 &Lot 2
2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate for Lot 1
3. Valid VAT Certificate for Lot 2
4. Valid PPA Registration Certificate for Lot 1 &Lot 2
5. Bid Security of 2% of the total Contract Sum for Lot 1 &Lot 2
6. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate for Lot 1
7. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate for Lot 1
8. Valid MWH Classification Certificate for Lot 1
A complete bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders from Monday 9th September, 2024 at the office of the Dormaa West District Assembly upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) per document
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the Deadline for tender submission.
