- The Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers with the following;
1. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificates (D3, K3) and above for the works projects only
2. Valid Labour Certificate for the works projects only
3. Valid Ghana Revenue Clearance Certificate with TIN number
4. Valid Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
5. Valid Registrar General Certificate and Renewal
6. Power of Attorney
7. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Bidders. Eligible Tender may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Office of the Procurement Unit, Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly from 9.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time daily or call the following numbers; (+23324919614) (+233248439661).
A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased from Friday 6th September, 2024 at the Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly upon payment of non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢500.00) per document.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission of Tenders. It shall be open in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly Hall, Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 27th September, 2024. Late submission shall be rejected.
Completed sealed Tender Document shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the Conference Room, Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly with the Address below on or before 10:00 GMT not later than Friday,27th September, 2024.
