- Additional Information:
- 1.Jasikan Municipal Assembly has received funding from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) and District Assemblies Common Fund-Response Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and intends to apply these funds to cover the eligible payments under the contracts indicated matrix below. Tender is opened to all tenderers from eligible source within the country as defined in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. The Jasikan Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the works package indicated in the above table. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended Act, 2016(Act 914) and is opened to all eligible tenderers with the following documents.
a) Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate D3K3 or above (from lot 1-3 only)
b) Valid SSNIT Certificate (from lot 1-3 only)
c) Valid Tax Clearance from GRA
d) Valid PPA Certificate
e) Valid Business Registration Certificate
f) Bid Security of 2% of the contract sum applicable.
g) Labour Certificate (from lot 1-4 only)
3. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non- refundable fee of Five Hundred and Twenty-Five Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 525.00). The tender documents could be obtained personally from 9:00am to 4:00pm weekdays. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of the tender documents.
4. Sealed tenders must be deposited into the tender box at the address below, on or before 10:00am on Tuesday, 24th September,2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the MCE’s conference room of the Jasikan Municipal Assembly at 10:00am on Tuesday, 24th September, 2024.
