Tender Description:: CONSTRUCTION OF 3NO. 8-SEATER AQUA PRIVY TOILET AT ABREFAKROM, AWISA AND BRANAM IN THE WENCHI MUNICIPALITY

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Tender documents may be purchased at a non-refundable fee of GH₵500.00

3. Tenderers will be required to provide 2% bid security of the Contract sum. Completed tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box allocated in front of Municipal Conference Hall on or before Tuesday 24TH September 2024 at 09:00 am GMT, and will be opened at the same time in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the Municipal Conference Hall.

4. Tenderers must submit their tenders with the following documents;
a. Registrar Generals Certificate (with evidence of current renewal)
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour Certificate
e. Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate or Evidence of Registration
g. Valid Ministry Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3)
h. Valid Power of Attorney (if applicable).
