- 1. The Ga Central Municipal Assembly has received its DACF-RFG from the Government of the Republic of Ghana, and it intends to apply parts of these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts indicated in the Table below. Tenders are opened to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana and within the corresponding Classification indicated in the description
2. The Ga Central Municipal Assembly hereinafter referred to as the Employer now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the works detailed in the description.
3. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee indicated in the above table. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Tender opening, and shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before Wednesday 2nd October, 2024 at 10:00hrs GMT. At which time the Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 (Amended) Act 2016, Act 914 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
