- Additional Information:
- 1. The Krachi East Municipal Assembly has received from the Government of Ghana its share of the Performance Grant of the District Assemblies Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF RFG) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under contract for the project as detailed in the description.
2. The Krachi East Municipal Assembly hereby invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the procurement of the above projects.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. All Tenders are to be accompanied by the following:
Company Registration Certificate
Valid Works and Housing Certificate
Certificate to commence Business
Labour certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate as at the date of Tender opening
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate as at the date of Tender opening
VAT Registration Certificate
