- 1.The Obuasi Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the construction of works contract as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
2.Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Obuasi Municipal Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
3.Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedi’s (GH¢ 500.00) only or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
4.Sealed tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 11.00 hours GMT on Thursday, 26th September 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the tender price. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the conference room of the Obuasi Municipal Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on Thursday, 26th September 2024.
