- 1. The Pru West District Assembly in the Bono East Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of it Budgetary Allocation from its share of the District Assemblies Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) under the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT VII) to finance eligible payments for the project and therefore invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible Tenderers.
2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedure as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The following information is required for eligible Tenderers:
i. Valid Registrar General Certificate (With Evidence of Current Renewed Receipt)
ii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid Ministry of Works And Housing Certificate (Class D3K3 or Above)
iv. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
v. Valid Labour Certificate
vi. Valid SSNIT Certificate
3. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect tender documents from the Pru West District Assembly from Friday 20th September between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm daily on official working hours.
4. A completed set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers at the office of the Pru West District Assembly Prang, between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm from Friday 18th October, 2024 at 10:00am. at non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢500).
5. Completed sealed of tender documents shall be deposited in the tender box at the Conference Hall of Pru West District Assembly, at the address below on or before 18th October, 2024 at 10:30am hours GMT.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of all Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the District Assembly Conference Hall Prang at 10:30 hour GMT on Friday 18th October, 2024 at 10:00am. Late submission shall be rejected.
