- . The Sekyere Central District Assembly now invites sealed tender from eligible tenderers
for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted
through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public
Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act
914) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory
requirements.
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Valid Works and Housing Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
4.A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the Procurement
Unit of the Sekyere Central District Assembly, from 8:30 am to 5:00pm local time, in Nsuta,
Ashanti Region by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address
below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 for each set of Tender
Documents. The method of payment will be by Banker’s Draft or cash payable to Sekyere
Central District Assembly in Nsuta, Ashanti Region.
5.The deadline for submission of Tenders is 2
ND OCTOBER, 2024 at 10:00 am local time.
Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below on or before 10:00am hours
GMT on 2
ND OCTOBER, 2024. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the
presence of the tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly’s
Conference Hall of the Sekyere Central District Assembly at 10.00am hours GMT on 2
