- 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only between the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 GMT each working day. The document can be obtained personally through the address below.
5. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information at the Procurement Unit or Works Department of the Assembly and inspect the Tender documents from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT each working days.
6. Sealed tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on 3rd October 2024.
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 148 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each package.
8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Mampong Municipal Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on 3rd October 2024. Late Tenders will be rejected.
9. Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tenders which must be valid as at the date of opening:
. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works &Housing Certificate (D3k3 and above)
. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
. Valid Labour Certificate
. Valid Business Registration Certificate
. Valid PPA Registration Certificate/Evidence of Registration
. Other Documents indicated in the Tender Data.
