Additional Information:: Eligible and prospective Bidders are therefore invited to purchase Bid Documents at a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 400.00 at the District Co-ordinating Director’s Office of the District Assembly between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM during working days from Monday to Friday. Bidders may bid for one or any combination of the packages. Tendering would be conducted in line with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act 2003 Act 663, as Amended. All Bids must be accompanied with a Bid Security of two (2%) percent of your bid amount.
Submission of bids must also be accompanied by the following documents.
• Valid Certificate of Business Registration.
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate or evidence of Registration (Bank Receipt)
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate D3K3 and above
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
Completed Tenders must be submitted to the Address below not later than 4th October, 2024 at 10:00 am prompt. Late submission of Tenders would not be accepted; Bids will be opened on, Friday 4th October, 2024 the same time at 10:00 am prompt at the District Assembly Conference Hall and in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
