- Additional Information:
- 1. The Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development (MLGDRD) through the South Tongu District Assembly (STDA) intends to apply a portion of the District Assemblies Common Fund- Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) fund to cover eligible payments towards the procurement of works indicated in the discription.
2. The Soth Tongu District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers to execute the works referenced above. Tendering will be conducted in compliance with National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 663 (Act 2003) as amended and as in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of tender documents maybe purchased for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis Only (Ghc500.00) upon a written application to the address below from District Assembly.
4. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the percentage stated above.
5. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements. Valid Business Registration Certificate, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid Labour Certificate (Job Specific) , Valid SSNIT Certificate , Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate, D3K3 or better., Public Procurement Authority Certificate
6. Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non-responsive. The complete set of Tender Document must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Assembly Hall on or before Tuesday 8th October, 2024 at 11:00am. Tenderers will be opened in the presence of interested tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the Assembly in Sogakope
