- 2. The Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Gushegu (GNMTC) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only at the College`s Accounts Office from 08:00 – 17:00 hours GMT during working hours starting from Monday, 16th September, 2024.
4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located in front of the office of the principal at the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT of the 30th September, 2024. All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above for each procurement category. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or Tenderer’s representative who chooses to attend at the college`s Principal office at 10.30 hours GMT on the 30th of September 2024.
All tenders must be accompanied with the following valid documents
i. Valid Business registration Certificate/certificate of incorporation
ii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid)
iii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate (Valid)
iv. VAT Registration certificate (valid)
v. Bid Security as indicated in the table above (Valid)
vi. Valid public procurement registration certificate
vii. Manufacturers authorization where applicable
