- . Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 [Act, 663] as amended and the guidelines and Regulations of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased from the Procurement Unit of the Assembly by interested eligible tenderers upon payment of non-refundable fee of Five hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis Only (GH₡500.00) in cash at the Accounts Office of the Assembly from 8:00am to 17:00 GMT each working day.
• All Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents;
Note: failure of any of the document below would amount to disqualification)
• Valid Business Certificate (renewal receipt)
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate,
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate,
• Valid Ministry of Road and Highways Certificate,
• Valid Labour Certificate,
• Valid Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certification Certificate (D3K3)
• h. Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority,
• Valid Power of Attorney.
6. Tenders and Supplementary documents all in English should be sealed in an envelope with the inscription: TENDER FOR THE (insert project title) with one original copy and two duplicate of the tender document delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am Thursday 24th October, 2024.
7. Tenders shall be for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of (2%) of tender price from a recognized Insurance Company/Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for twenty-eight (28) days following the expiry date of the tender validity period. Tenders will be opened thereafter on the same day of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend. Venue for the opening is the District Assembly Hall Daboya. Late Tenders will be rejected.
