- 3. Tender is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. The Sagnarigu Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the aforementioned contracts.
5. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in Public Procurement Act,2003 Act 663, as Amended Act 2016 (Act 914), and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
6. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the Municipal Assembly and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00).
7. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
A. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Cert. (D3, K3 and Above)
B. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (GRA)
C. Valid Clearance Certificate (SSNIT)
D. Valid Labour Certificate
E. Evidence of Registration with PPA
F. Valid Business Registration Certificate
8. Tenders will be valid for the period of 120 days after deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of Contract sum or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and shall be from an Insurance firm in good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission or a Bank guarantee from a recognized Bank.
9. All interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of Sagnarigu Municipal Assembly from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
10. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. hours GMT on Friday, 25th October, 2024 in the Tender Box located at the Conference Room of the Assembly.
11. Tenders will be opened in the presence of all tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am hours GMT on Friday, 25th October, 2024 at the Municipal Assembly Conference Room, Sagnarigu.
