- Additional Information:
- 1. The Atiwa East District Assembly has received it share of the District Assembly Common Fund-Responsive Factor Grant for the Procurement of Works for Construction of 1No. 6-unit classroom block for Girls Model School.
2. The Atiwa East District Assembly wishes to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the Procurement of Works as detailed in the description.
3. The Atiwa East District Assembly invites Tenders from eligible Contractors for the Procurement of the above Works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, Act 663 as amended in 2016, Act 914. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the District Co-ordinating Director through this number 0244064487 during working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm from Monday 30th September 2024.
4. Complete set of Tender Documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Gh¢ 1,000.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency for each set of Tender Documents, from Monday 30th September 2024 each working day between 9:00am to 5:00pm. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Tender opening and shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before 28th October 2024 at 10:00am, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to attend. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
6. All tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents:
