- Additional Information:
- 1. The Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of the District Assemblies Common Fund to fund eligible payments under the project in the description.
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended 914. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders at the office of the Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly from 26th September, 2024 during office hours for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) for Package No. 1 and 2 and Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) for Package No. 3.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Secretary, Municipal Tender Committee, Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly, Kukurantumi. In addition to the general requirement stated in the tender document, all bids are to be accompanied by the following documents:
a. Valid Company Registration Certificate
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate (D3 K3 and above)
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
f. Valid Labour Certificate
g. Bid Security
h. Valid Company Registration Certificate of Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly
i. Public Procurement Authority Certificate
