- 1. The Biakoye District Assembly has received part of its project funds under District Assembly Common Fund/Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for the listed project.
2. Tenderer to be considered responsive, tenderers shall quote for all items in the required quantities for the package that they shall tender. Tenders which do not offer all the items under each package shall be rejected as incomplete.
3. This IFT follows Notices/Bulletins for this project that appeared in local newspapers and Public Procurement Authority (PPA) website www.ppaghana.org, all dated 16th September, 2024.
4. The Biakoye District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors/Suppliers for the construction/Supplies as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
5. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director or any other designated Officer and inspect the tender document(s) at the address 1 given below from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours GMT.
6. Tender document(s) (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address 1 stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address 1 stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender document.
7. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the Address 2 at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 22nd October, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated in the Table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Assembly Premises, Biakoye District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 22nd October, 2024.
