- 1. The Birim South District Assembly has received Allocation from the District Assembly Common Fund – Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG).
2. The Assembly intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payment for the works package indicated in the description
3. A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders from the Birim South District Assembly from Thursday 3RD October, 2024 to Thursday, 17th October, 2024 from Monday to Friday at 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours at a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 200.00) each.
4. Completed Tender is to be deposited in the Tender box at the Birim South District Assembly on or before Thursday, 17th October, 2024 at 11:00 hours. Tenders should be accompanied by;
a. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
b. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Certificate of Incorporation.
e. Company Registration Certificate
f. Labour Certificate
g. Valid Ministry of works and Housing Cert.
5. Sealed Tenders must be addressed to the Secretary, Entity Tender Committee, Birim South District Assembly-Akim Swedru. (Tel: 0550375441).
6. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of contractors or their representatives who may choose to attend at 11:00 hours on Thursday 17th October, 2024.
