- 1. The Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly has received funding from the District Assemblies Common Fund -Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG).
2. The Assembly intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payment for the Contract packages indicated in the description
3. The Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the completion of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address (i) given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
5. Tender document (for each lot) may be purchased at the address (i) stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter from Friday 4th October, 2024 to Friday 18th October, 2024. Tenderers are advised to use the address (i) stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender document.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address (ii) below on or before 11:00 hours GMT on Friday 18th October, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security (2%) of the amount/s stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly at 11:00 hours GMT on Friday 18th October, 2024.
7. Tenders shall be accompanied by:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D4, K4)
• Company Registration Certificate- (with evidence of current renewal receipt)
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
