- Additional Information:
- 1. The Achiase District Assembly has received notification from District Assembly’s Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant for 2022 (DACF-RFG DPAT VII) with a budgetary allocation for the improvement of Infrastructure within the District. The Achiase District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the procurement of the following project as indicated in the description
2. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00) only for each set from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during normal working days
3. Notwithstanding the general requirement stated in the Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded.
a) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
b) Borehole Drilling Certificate (for Lot 1 only)
c) Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNT) Certificate
d) Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate/Renewal Receipt
e) Valid Labour Certificate
f) Bid Security (as specified)
g) Valid PPA Registration Certificate/Renewal Certificate
4. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the address below on or before 17th October, 2024 at 10:00 GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security as indicated above.
5. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative, who chooses to attend at the District Assembly Conference Hall at 10.00 hours GMT on 17th October, 2024.
