- Additional Information:
- 1. The Akatsi South Municipal Assembly in the Volta Region, intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations to fund eligible payments under the contract in the description
2. The Akatsi South Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the procurement of goods and works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA), which can be accessed on the PPA website: www.ppa.gov.gh.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may purchase the document or obtain further information from the Head of Procurement Unit and inspect the tender documents from the hours of 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. during the working hours from Tuesday, 8th October, 2024
4. For eligibility, completed Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3, K3 and Above)
iii. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or evidence of Registration (Bank Receipt).
iv. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
v. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
vi. Valid Labour Certificate
vii. Tender Security of the stated amount.
5. A completed Sealed Tender must be delivered into a tender box located at the Assembly Hall on or before Wednesday, 23rd October, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security from a Reputable Source of the amount stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
6. Tender will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their Representatives who choose to attend on Wednesday, 23rd October, 2024 at 10:30 a. m. at the Municipal Assembly Hall, Akatsi.
7. (Note: Submission of Tenders shall be hand delivery)
