- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663 as amended) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The following information is required from bidders:
i. Certificate of Company Registration
ii. Current and valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Certificate
iv. Labour Certificate
v. Min. of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificates – Class D3&K3
vi. PPA Registration Certificates
vii. Valid VAT Certificate (Furniture only)
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Administration Block (Procurement Unit) of the Sefwi Akontombra District Assembly between 8:00a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
5. A complete set of Bid Documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00).
6. All sealed Tender documents must be deposited into the Tender Box in the conference room of the Sefwi Akontombra District Assembly on or before Thursday 24th October, 2024 at 12:00p.m. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who chose to attend. Tenders will be opened on Thursday 24th October, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the conference room of Sefwi Akontombra District Assembly.
