- 2. The Adansi North District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors for the execution of the projects indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines in the Public Procurement manual of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Complete Tender document in English may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Six hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵ 600.00) only, for a set. The document will be obtained personally or with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
4. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Monday, 28th October, 2024.Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied with the Tender security value stated in the table above.
5. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative, who choose to attend at the Amoanimaa Dede II Hall of Adansi North District Assembly, Fomena at 10:00 hours GMT on Monday, 28th October, 2024.
6. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following statutory documents:
a) Valid Business Registration Certificate(with evidence of annual renewal)
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c) Valid GRA Income Tax Clearance Certificate
d) PPA Registration Certificate /Evidence of Registration
e) Valid Labour Certificate
f) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3, K3 and above)
