Additional Information:: 2. Tender documents may be inspected and purchase at the office of Procurement Unit, Manso Adubia
during working hours at a non- refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00).
3. Tenderers would be required to provide the following documents upon submission of the completed
Tender Documents.
a. Registrar General Renewal Certificate
b. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 & Above).
c. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
d. Valid SSNIT Certificate.
e. Valid Labour Certificate
f. PPA Registration Certificate/Evidence of Registration
g. Power of Attorney
h. Audited Financial Statement for the last 3years
i. Letter to Bid
4. Tenders shall be Valid for 120 days after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by relevant Tender
Security of 2% of Tender price from a Commercial Bank or recognized Insurance Firm.
5. Completed Tender Documents shall be deposited in a Tender Box at the District Assembly Office,
Manso Adubia on or before October 31, 2024 at 10:00am.
6. Tenders shall be opened on the same day in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who
choose to attend at the Conference room of the Assembly, Manso Adubia at 10:00am
