Additional Information:: 2. Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) process specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, as well as the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
3. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased in the Office of the District Procurement Unit for a non-refundable fee of GHS 700.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from same address below;

4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% in the form of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank, or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.

Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers/representatives who wish to attend at the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00 hours GMT on 5TH November, 2024.
