Additional Information:: 1. The Ayawaso Central Municipal Assembly (ACMA) intends to apply portion of it 2024 budgetary allocation to cover eligible payment under contract for the Works package indicated in the description.

2. The Ayawaso Central Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act, 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Eligible Tenderers may purchase tender document for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 500.00) at the Office of the Procurement Unit and may obtain further information at the same Office from 9:00am to 4:30pm every working day.

4. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the conference room at or before 11:00 am on Tuesday, 22nd October, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Ayawaso Central Municipal Assembly at 11:00am on Tuesday, 22nd October, 2024.
