- 1. The Abuakwa South Municipal Health Directorate, Ghana hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser, intends using part of its budgetary allocation of Member of Parliament NHIA Common Fund (MP-NHIA) to fund the procurement of Medical Equipment’s to support its programme.
2. The Abuakwa south Municipal Health Directorate now invites sealed tenders from eligible manufacturers or their authorized representatives for the supply of the said goods listed in the Schedule of Requirement, Section VI of this Tender Document.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended and is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from Abuakwa South Municipal Health Directorate and procure a copy of the tender documents at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested eligible tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) or its equivalent in freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be cash. If requested, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier, but no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Sealed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 25th October, 2024. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of Tender Price. The tender security shall be valid for at least 90 days from the date of the tender opening
7. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address stated below at Thursday, 24th October, 2024, 10:00am at the Conference Hall.
8. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender documents may be inspected at the address below.
9. For Ghanaian Tenderers, it is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the
underlisted statutory requirements.
