- 2.0 Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tenderi+
ng (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended.
3.0 Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents from the SENE WEST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY, P. O. Box 11, KWAME DANSO during the office hours from 08:30 hours to 16:30 hours from Tuesday, 22nd October, 2024. Sale of Tender documents will commence on that same day.
4.0 A complete set of Documents in English may be purchased upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred
Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00). The method of payment shall be cash.
5.0 Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their Tender in addition to others specified in the Bid and Contract Data;
• Business Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• PPA Contractor Registration Certificate
6.0 Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 5th November, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security equivalent to the percentage indicated in the table above, from a Reputable Insurance. All prices should be VAT inclusive. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Sene West District Assembly, Kwame Danso at 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 5th November, 2024.
