Tender Description:: Supply and Delivery of 400No. Hexagonal Tables and Chairs

Additional Information:: A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application addressed to the District Chief Executive, Amansie Central District Assembly, Jacobu, during normal working hours at a Non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (Gh¢250.00) for each Tender document.

Tender must be accompanied with the following documents:
1. Company Registration Certificate and Renewal
2. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
3. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
4. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3 K3) and above (Lot 1 only)
6. Valid Labour Certificate (Lot 1 only)
7. Valid VAT Certificate (Lot 2 only)
Completed tender document must be deposited in the Tender Box in the Conference Room of the Amansie Central District Assembly, Jacobu on or before Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:00am (Local Time), after which time the tenders shall be opened in the presence of Tenderers and or their representatives who choose to attend.
