- The Ghana Geological Survey Authority (GGSA) intends to apply part of its budgetary
allocation to fund eligible payments under the contracts for the following:
• Procurement of Vehicle Insurance (GR/GGSA/TS/0002/2024) – LOT 2
- Additional Information:
- All Tenderers are required to attach copies of the under listed Documents to their tenders:
a. Valid Public Procurement Authority’s (PPA) Supplier Registration Certificate
b. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) TAX Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Business Registration Certificate/ Valid Incorporation Certificate/ Valid Commencement Certificate with up-to-date renewal
e. Evidence of past performance of similar nature including Notification of Award or Purchase Orders
f. Availability and Experience of relevant key staff
g. Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years (2022 to 2023).
h. Valid National Insurance Commission License
Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non- responsive.
