- Additional Information:
- 1. The Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation under the District Assembly’s Common Fund - Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) from the Government of Ghana to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Hospital Equipment and furniture as indicated in the description.
2. The Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of the above mentioned goods. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines specified in the Public Procurement Authority Manual of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Weija Gbawe Municipal Assembly and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below, from 18th October, 2024 at 9:00am to 4:00pm local time.
4. A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained at the Procurement Unit by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 500.00).
5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am on Friday 8th November, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents:
i. Business Registration Certificate with Renewal Receipt
ii. Certificate of Commencement.
iii. Certificate of Incorporation
iv. VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
v. Registration Certificate from PPA
vi. GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
vii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
viii. Power of Attorney.(if applicable)
ix. Tender Security-2%of the tender sum
6. Completed tenders must be submitted to the address below and deposited in the tender box at the conference room of the Weija Gbawe Municipal Assembly, not later than Friday, 8th November, 2024 at 10:00am prompt. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be rejected.
