Eight miters Low Voltage (LV) Poles, (c) 5.5 Bundles of 120mm2 Cable (d) B-Iron (BI), (e) 3.5 Bundles of 500mm B-Iron (BI), (f) Ninety three (93) Pieces of angle Iron, (g) Ninety six (96) Sets Pin Insulator, (h) Ninety eight (98) Sets of stay , (i) Seventy four (74) Pairs of cross arm slaps, (j) Six hundred and forty (640) Sets of D-Iron and one hundred and thirteen (113) Pairs of extension slap.

- 2. The Asunafo South District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible bidders for the extension of electricity as indicated in the table above.
3. The information required from Tenderers are as follows :
i) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 and above)
ii) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii) Valid Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
iv) Company Registration Certificate
v) Valid Labour Certificate
vi) Certificate of Incorporation / Commence Business
vii) Public Procuremnent Authority (PPA) Company Registration Certificate
viii) Ministry of Energy Certificate
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) and Public Procurement Amendment Act 2016, (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
5. Interested eligible tenderers/bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Asunafo South Works Department at the address given below from 09:00am to 5:00pm each working day.
6. Tender documents (and additional copies) can be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢350.00) only. The document will be obtained with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining any information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
7. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10.00am on 31st October, 2024.
8. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 148 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security should be a 2% of the amount quoted by the bidder. Late submission of Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Asunafo South District Assembly at 10.00 am on 31st October, 2024.
