- Kwahu Afram Plains North District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors/suppliers for the Procurement of Works/Goods detailed in the description.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of Tender Document in English could be purchased at the offices of the Kwahu Afram Plains North District Assembly upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 400.00).
Tendering is open to all the eligible Tenderers registered with the Public Procurement Authority and Ministry of Works & Housing (MWH) and classified under class D3/K3 or better in respect of works procurement.
In respect goods procurement, tendering is open to all the eligible Tenderers registered with the Public Procurement Authority
The winning Tenderer shall pre-finance the project.
In respect of works procurement, all Tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
1. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
2. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
3. Valid Labour Certificate
4. Valid Certificate of Commencement
5. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
6. Power of Attorney
7. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
In respect of goods procurement, all Tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
1. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
2. Valid Certificate of Business Registration
3. Power of Attorney
4. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
5. VAT Registration Certificate
Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission.
