- 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Tenderers must submit the following statutory documents:
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
• Valid water resources and drilling certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3)
• Tender Security in an amount of 2% of the contract sum in the forms stated paragraph 5 below
5. Tenders documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the Lambussie District Assembly for a non-refundable fee of GH₵ 500.00 for each set. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amount of 2% of the contract sum in a form of Bank Draft for works, Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee or Tender Bond from an insurance Firm currently in a good standing with the National Insurance Commission. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the address.
6. Completed and sealed tender documents, marked with the appropriate contract package number and bearing the address below shall be deposited into the tender box located at the Lambussie District Assembly Secretariat on or before 10:00 GMT on 5th November, 2024 and shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for Tender submission. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 GMT on 5th November, 2024 at Lambussie District Assembly Secretariat.
