- The Asuogyaman District Assembly (ADA) Intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of the District Assembly Development Fund Response Factor Grant (DACF-RFG VII) to cover eligible payment for the contract detailed in the description.
1. Interested eligible Tenderers may contact the Procurement Officer, Asuogyaman District Assembly, Atimpoku, for further information on the Tender from Mondays to Fridays at 8: 00am to 5.00pm each day starting from, 19th October, 2024 to 5th November, 2024.
2. A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased for a non-refundable fee as stated in the table above. The method of payment will be by cash.
3. The completed Tender Document sealed in an envelope bearing the project name and serial number may be addressed to:

4. The tender document should be deposited in the Assembly's Tender Box located in the office before 12:00 noon on the 5th November 2024, at which tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers who choose to attend.
Note: All tenders must be accompanied by the following:
1. Valid SSNIT Certificate
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate( valid up to month to Tender Submission)
3. Valid Certificate from Public Procurement Authority(PPA)
4. Valid District Assembly Certificate
Failure to submit any of the above documents will render the Tender non-responsive. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days
