Additional Information:: 1. The Sissala East Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers .Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, the Guidelines and the Regulations of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A complete set of documents in English may be submitted by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Seven Hundred cedis GH₵ 700
3. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid Certificate to commence Business
b. Valid GRA Income Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
d. Valid Vat clearance certificate
e. Valid PPA certificate
6. Tenders and supplementary documents all in English should be sealed in an envelope, bearing the inscription: TENDER FOR THE (insert project title) and delivered to the address below on or before 9:00am Wednesday 6th November, 2024
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the Office of the municipal chief executive at 10:00am on Wednesday 6th November, 2024.
