- Additional Information:
- 1. The Gomoa East District Assembly, intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations to fund eligible payments for the contracts below. Any payments made under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the contract.
2. The Gomoa East District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers/ Contractors for the above Projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers who wish to obtain further information and inspect Tender document may visit the Office of the District Assembly, from 9:00am to 5:00pm during working days of the Tender date stated below.
4. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased at the Office of the Gomoa East District Assembly upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred (Ghana) Cedis [GhȻ300.00] for each set, from Thursday 24th October to 14th November, 2024 during working days.
5. Tender must be accompanied by the following;
• Valid Business Registration Certificates
• Valid MWRWH Certificate (D3, K3 & above)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Valid Tender Security.
6. Tenders must be addressed to: The Secretary, Entity Tender Committee, Gomoa East District Assembly, Gomoa Potsin and delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am on Thursday 14th November, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the Tender price and in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued from a recognized bank.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the Gomoa East District Assembly at 11:00am on Thursday 14th November, 2024. Late Tenders will be rejected.
